Cold Rolled Coil is produced, without heating, from pickled hot rolled coil which is rolled to 0.130mm~0.80mm (Ton Yi's product specification) through the process of electrolytic cleaning and annealing, and temper rolling. Due to its thin gauge, precise dimension, diversified surface roughness grades, easy to be coated and electroplated, excellent mechanical and processing properties, and easy to be punched and pressed, cold rolled steel can be used widely in such areas as electronic parts, appliances, steel furniture, containers, structural materials, etc.
Ton Yi's Cold Rolled Plant (TMBP plant) is a cold rolled plant with world-class technology and facilities. Except for supplying the customer with tin mill black plates (BP), cold rolled steel (SPCC) of thin gauge for electric and electronic parts and for galvanization is also the most competitive product in Ton Yi.

Manufaeturing Process of Cold Rolled Plant
Ton Yi's Cold Rolled Plant (TMBP plant) consists of seven main production lines, one each of Continuous Pickling Line combined with Tandem Cold Rolling Mill (PL-TCM), Continuous Annealing Line (CAL), Electrolytic Cleaning Line (ECL), Batch Annealing Furnace (BAF), Temper and Processing Line (TPL) and two Coil Preparation Lines (CPL).
The word TMBP is the initial of Tin Mill Black Plate, which means steel used for tinning & tin can making. The production of TMBP is based on the technology under a technical cooperation agreement with JFE Steel corporation. The operation of know-how of TMBP is the most sophisticated in the steel industry.

Tin Mill Black Plate (TMBP), one kind of thinner gauge, low carbon cold rolled steel, is the raw material of Tinplate and Tin Free Steel (TFS).
